Customers respond positively to Support Services Forum in Jeddah

On 21 March, Vanderlande organised a Support Services Forum and Workshop in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The company invited representatives of its customer, the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) as well as five airport operations and maintenance (O&M) contractors. 
As a reliable partner to its markets for over 65 years, Vanderlande believes that delivering its industry leading services tailored to customers’ needs is the only way to add real value. They need the support of flexible partners committed to their specific requirements. 
During the forum, Vanderlande updated the customers about its global activities, and the company’s KSA branch, outlining its existing service projects in the region. In close cooperation with GACA, Vanderlande’s objective is to optimise the baggage handling performance at all domestic airports within Saudi Arabia. To achieve this, it proposed a service support package for every domestic Airport within the KSA.
The event was highly successful and the enthusiastic visitors were happy to hear about Vanderlande’s latest developments. They also offered invaluable feedback on the company’s proposed service support package. In the coming months, Vanderlande will be engaging with its Saudi Arabian customers to further understand how it can support them in achieving their common objectives.
